Are Pencil Skirts Back?
The stores seem to be saying pencil skirts are back again, but I say they are always in! They are a true classic staple. Mine cost $3 from Goodwill. I wanted to show you 3 simple ideas using a belt to spruce it up a bit! I may look a bit like a nun, but that's okay. Have a great weekend!
