Make Up Must Haves For Mommies

Pictured below are the best and most affordable make up must-haves that I personally have discovered on my own through trial and error. Years ago, I would spend $30 on concealer or foundation or sometimes more! Today I spend $8 on foundation and less than $5 on concealer! Times change when you are a Mom, but just because you are a Mom, doesn't mean you want the world to see those dark circles under your eyes from all the lack of sleep! For me, these products below make me feel refreshed even when I'm not.

1. Maybelline Coverstick Concealer - This works so great, but you have to use lots of moisturizer first or it will settle in fine lines. Also, I recommend using your finger to apply and patting it in the skin. I am fair skinned and medium beige happens to work extremely well for me, but there are also other shades that are good too and a yellow that is strictly good for under eye circles.

2. Covergirl Aquasmooth Foundation - This compact foundation is perfect for ladies with dry, normal or slightly combination skin! This stuff goes on like a liquid and sets in like a powder that leaves you with glowing skin. Allure magazine also recommends this, and it is awesome! Great coverage for only $8 at Walmart.

3. Loreal Carbon Black Voluminous Mascara - I always go back to this mascara, so this is why I recommend it!

4. Maybelline Ultra Brow Brush On Color- brows should frame the face perfectly, and nice brows will help wake that face up after you conceal those dark circles! The reason I love this product so much is because powder looks more natural on the brows and the little brush that comes with this is the perfect brow brush ever! They only have 2 shades though, but I have the light brown for when my hair is blonder and I have the dark brown for when my hair is dark like it has been for years now.

Hope you find this helpful and here are some pics of my items and of me with my make up on!

XO Pip

Ahhhh i wish so much i could use that mascara; i agree that it is AH-MAZING! But i have deep set eyes and long eyelashes and something about the formula makes it transfer to my brow bone reeeeeeeeeeeally badly. Tear.

Also I need to try that foundation out! I keep hearing great things about it!
